Beverly
Interests: I enjoy reading - both hardcover books and on my Kindle. I've loved reading since I was a young child, and I have to resist the urge to keep my nose in a book all of the time.
I "officially" started scrapbooking when my grandson was born, but I have scrapbooks I started as a child. I really enjoy the creative outlet, and I hope to explore digital scrapbooking one of these days.
My family is my number one joy in life, and there is no where I would rather be than with them. What a comfort it is to spend time with those who know and love you well.
I enjoy decorating our home so that it will reflect who we are, and be a comfortable and welcoming place for all who visit.
My husband and I both enjoy researching our family genealogy, and we have found quite a few interesting and fun bits of information.
We have a rose garden, and love photographing the roses as well as bringing them inside to enjoy and sharing them with others.
My greatest joy and comfort is my faith in God.

The new arrangement is so pretty, Pat. I like your vignettes. And, I like the dice. Great touch.
Bouquets and Bell Jars
A new silk floral arrangement for the coffee table began with a visit to The Flower Petaler, Saint Charles, MO. I chose six silk stems, at the shop. Two Dahlias, three Peonies, and one green Hydrangea. The summertime chartreuse pillows, on the sofa, were the catalyst for the colors. ...
Great shots, Pat! Poison ivy and poison oak always make me think of the apple in the Garden of Eden.
Leaves of Three
Let them be…now is a good time for this little reminder. We passed by this barn during our Saturday drive on country roads. All the Poison Ivy photos were from the truck, a safe distance from the Poison Ivy, using a Canon 70-200 L series lens. It is one of my favorite lense...

The shades of white on this table are a favorite for me. Great look.
Cobblestone, Poultry & Posies
I set the dining room table for a farm style breakfast, using Pfaltzgraff Antiqued Hen dinnerware and striped Pfaltzgraff glasses. A mix of white accessories finishes the table setting. The center arrangement includes this silk peony from The Flower Petaler. The cloth is from C...
