Hi Debi, Ugh! I am so sorry you are having this issue. I have never heard of the issue, but it could be the product has settling (mushed) into the end of the pencil top. My suggestion would be the try working abit of the product out with the wood end of a q-tip. Sounds a weird, but I have used this trick before! Please let me know how that works, if not I would return the product and ask for a new bottle. Thanks! xoxo c.
