One Fincher movie to avoid the Disney cast replacements would be Zodiac. I don't think any Disney character deserves that kind of crossover.

I've been using this Outlook app since Microsoft bought it and renamed it from Acompli to Outlook. It does an amazing job at managing my work email. Mail for iOS was very cluttered with all of my accounts, including my (now) previous work one, running under Exchange 2007. Notifications were not working properly with that account, but my new job, which doesn't use Exchange, it working just fine and notifying me on the much fewer emails I get. I like the custom swiping options, Nice touch. And I like the multiple options for saving attachments. All in all, I give it a big thumbs up. I keep Gmail on it's own using the Gmail app. While it can be complicated to use multiple apps for multiple email accounts (I still have 4 under Mail for iOS), I tend to get the most emails on Gmail and don't need all of them cluttering up Mail or Outlook app.

No apologies needed, my friend. and nor hate directed at your way. I know many that tire of that song or are burnt out on it.

I say it's all good to count your posts on ABV. I'm liking them a lot. Plus it keeps the site going with some great booze posts. Hey, with an average of 11,899 steps a day, that's damn close to 12k. That hummus looks like it turned out good.

My favorite part is the no beer and alcohol and needing liquid courage. Great story.

You've captured their exact thoughts with precision. I think snowshoes would have made that race in the snow better.

I like the various scenarios that are painted in this story. I could see these thoughts and ideas going through a limo driver's head while being the "nice guy"

You make a very valid point about Taylor Swift fans that are voting age. The impact and influence from a mega pop star could change elections. BTW, paraphrase. Anything Star Wars related is good with me.

Well, this fellow blogger never doubted your caring about your blog. I like the new changes. And I welcome back kapgar.com to the blog. It was missed, for the most part.

I'm a bit late in replying to this post, but I would say chowder would be the choice of meal. Discus comments... i have a Discus account and I've commented on sites that have in installed. I think it's something worth trying. At least that's heads better than going with Facebook, which I loathe sites that use that.

First off, I think the entire NFL is having some issues that need to be addressed. For a non-profit group that rakes in millions of dollars, I think some changes are needed and have been needed for some time now. The Patriots have been a dynasty for years now, win or lose. They always find themselves at the top or pretty near most seasons. So when things get tough on them, they appear to have some tricks up their sleeves. So while DeflateGate is a bit on the overused side of things, I think it's an issue that deserves an investigation. Although I've never seen so much coverage on deflated balls ever. Makes me snicker. And I cannot wait for that live action Pac-man commercial.

While I rarely watched any of them, the entire NCIS and Law and Order off shoots always cracked me up of many re-inventions they did that did well in the rating for so long.

Personally, I think from an economic point of view, gas shouldn't be anymore than $2.05 a gallon anywhere. It's $1.71 a gal here at the gas station a few blocks from our house (Shell station). While I like it less than $2 a gallon, I really don't see any reason why it should be $3 or $4 a gallon anymore. Except for those who feel oil companies needs to make record profits.

I like the reading goal of 32 books. I set mine at 24 because I've been so bad about it for years that I'd like to have a TINTFA that is reasonable for me to reach. But I've already read 2 for January and the month is 2/3 over. So I might actually be closer to your number by the end of 2015. 12k steps a day. Nice to step it up (see what I did there).

I'm going with Marvel solely based on Iron Man and Guardians of the Galaxy. My comic book conflict is Aquaman. Just had to say that right there.

Hmmm... this was one artist that I passed on seeing at Austin City Limits. And her New Year's Eve performance wasn't very enticing to me. I do, however, like that Charli XCX. I might actually give this a listen, just to see what it's all about. The one my wife likes is Meghan Trainor. And I was quite impressed with her New Year's Eve performance. So no hate for Iggy from me. Just not all that into what I've heard so far.

My years of losing sleep were so long ago, but I remember the sleepless nights with my daughter when i was a stay at home dad (I ran my own company for a spell). 3-4 years old was something of a challenge. Now, it's my own insomnia that keeps me sleepless a few nights a week.

Bravo. This was so well written. I can't fathom the ability of anyone that is that much out of wack or out of reality to take other's lives in the name of a belief or religion. I have to applaud the French for tracking all but one involved so quickly. While hostage lives were lost in the process, this swift justice is at least some small amount of positive that those that committed these acts are no more.

Nice ending to Macro Monday. And a I just posted, a great start to Story Sunday. It was cold in Salt Lake last week. I'm in Vegas for a few days this week and it's nice to escape the cold with a bit of 60+ degree weather. Even if the mornings are cold (in the mid 40's, which is cold for the Vegas desert)
