I decided on a short excursion during our last stop in Cozumel Mexico while on the the seven day Caribbean cruise I was on aboard the Norwegian Star. I chose to do an easy shore side snorkel adventure because I am not an experienced snorkeler. This excursion only cost $35... Continue reading

I enjoyed my day there. I thought the people were very friendly!
I agree that it's interesting to see what happens as outside cultures begin influencing an area. I first visited Cancun 25 years ago and there wasn't even an airport. It was so much fun to see and live the Mexican culture. I felt like I was in Orlando when I was there two months ago.
I think it's wonderful that you are doing meatless days during the week. It really is a way to add variety to your diet. Thanks for helping Mother Earth as well :)
Thank you for helping me prove my point. Many of the countries that eat 16 very little meat to Have lower rates of cancer than we do in the United States.
I love colorful food to eat and take pictures of!
I have a very strong stomach and never had motion sickness until I visited Antarctica and went through some of the roughest seas in the world. I felt like I had the flu. The front desk was giving out motion sickness pills to everyone and they helped a lot :)
I have a sweet tooth! Some people just give up meat one day a week to make a difference, but I understand it's not easy as almost everything is meat based.
This looks amazing and it's something I can actually eat being a vegetarian. I think my cooking skills can even handle the preparation.

I took the above photo while I was in Oia on Santorini island in Greece eating a meatless dinner. First of all I want to say I am not trying to talk down to people who eat meat or convince everyone who reads this to become a vegetarian tomorrow. Maybe... Continue reading

Thank you Stacy. They are like children to us!
Thank you. I'm quite proud -as you can see :)
I'm so glad to hear you are a cat lover. I waited several years before watching "The Titanic" as I read the book and didn't want to see a Hollywood version.
