Typepad HTML Email Thanks for your comment Pami. I failed to mention that I did indeed assist the lady in question about her project for an hour (on 2 separate occasions), with sewing techniques and hints on making her project easier to sew. I was simply making a statement that I could not work miracles and that if the tables were turned I am sure that the Spotlight ladies would not have helped her. The woman in question has never purchased anything from me but has asked for assistance on three separate occasions and I have never refused to give it to her (free of charge). I am sure that she will return to Spotlight, even though she also complained about a previous quilt kit that she purchased from them that was also wrong. I understand that both LQS Spotlight have their places in society I have shopped in Spotlight before for items. My business has grown every year and I will continue to assist any customer that enters my shop to the best of my ability. Linda
