Interests: pierre s. freeman’s new book, “the prisoner of san jose, ” exposes the invasive psychological methods of a secretive rosicrucian cult based in canada but with its american headquarters in san jose, california. not only does this book expose the shadowy world of the rosicrucian order- with its secret vows, invisible masters and omnipotent authority, but also it sheds light on a technique of mind control freeman calls “remote indoctrination.”

The problem is that- when one joins a cult like this- of course one generally tries to inquire as to its validity- and that is easy, in the beginning. But soon afterwards, as I have discussed in AMORC UNMASKED, the hidden mind control sets in – and questioning AMORC endangers one’s connection to the Egregor... Continue reading

One essential element of any cult is to psychologically create inhibitions in their membership to probing for outside points of view that depart from their official program. In North Korea, this is not only done by the constant bombardment of official propaganda, but also by extreme punishment, imprisonment, torture and death if one departs from the official platform. This is not unlike the Roman Imperators or Roman Emperors, who were officially worshiped as gods Continue reading

he will find that he is involved in an extremely obvious world of cosmic fantasy including fantasies of ancient and recent history of this so-called order , fantasies of personal power, fantasies of being uniquely aligned with God through the Egregor, fantasies about unverified healing potential and, moreover, fantasies about being on the cusp of the highest level of humanity on Planet Earth Continue reading

Perhaps one of the truly terrifying aspects of this cult, which shares certain characteristics with Asahara’s Aum Shriniko Cult, the subject of Lifton’s video, Dangerous Cults and his book Destroying the World to Save It: Aum Shinrikyo, Apocalyptic Violence, and the New Global Terrorism is the Totalist Principle called “The Dispensing of Existence,” which clearly draws the distinction between those who have a right to exist and those for whom who have no such right. As in Aum, murder is a necessary ingredient in the Blood’s activities. As in another famous cult, the cult of Charles Manson, Billy Grimm regularly refers to his members as “family.” Continue reading

As a student of mind control, I cannot help feeling that there is a definite goal by the producers to inflict a seductive kind of mental confusion on the viewers of the show. This type of hypnotic technique was developed by psychiatrist, Milton Erickson, who said, “In all my techniques, almost, all, there is a confusion.”.... Continue reading

AMORC Imperator(Emperor) Christian Bernard; the fictional Billy Grimm; The Japanese Shoko Asahara; the maniacal Charles Manson; the apocalyptic David Khoresh; the UFO fantasist, Marshall Applewhite and the sexually-obsessed, Indian cult leader, Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh- all cut out of the same cloth, AMORC’s leader, in terms of external violence, was generally of no consequence compared to the others, including Rajneesh, whose ‘therapy’ sessions employed violence. Robert J. Lifton, one of the great commentators on brainwashing, gave a speech at the Ryan Foundation in 2000. He spoke of the relationship between the Guru and his disciples. He said, “To say a word about the Guru and his myth: In a way the Guru can be seen as either everything or nothing. He/She is everything in the sense the Guru is responsible for creating his cult, his policy and the direction in which the cult moves. On the other hand the Guru is nothing without his disciples. Without his disciples people who become Guru can instead becomes psychotic. They depends in many cases on the disciples for their own mental functioning.” Although Christian Barnard Continue reading

But why the silly ritual? Why didn’t they just bring in one of the great Rosicrucian masters whose single-eyed perspective encompasses past, present and future? Continue reading

Ultimately all the Imperator will do is claim “By decree of the Imperator” (this is a typical AMORC statement to describe decision made by the Imperator)the New York area lodges are closed. Any one that dare question the “Decree of the Imperator” is automatically terminated as a member of AMORC. Continue reading

“Love bombing is a tactic often employed by cults (or any religious, political or other group of like-minded individuals) as a way of luring prospective members. Current members typically "love bomb" potential or desired new recruits by showering them with affection, praise, and offers of friendship. Continue reading

Following the Rosicrucian claims made in my last blog, one cannot help but wonder what AMORC believed about what happened to Jesus when he was taken off the cross? Of course, what didn’t happen according to this secret order- is that Jesus was not raised from the dead nor did he ascend to heaven. Continue reading

Anyone can claim anything about the ancient past but to prove it, beyond the psychological submission to irrational authority, is not so easy to prove. As a Rosicrucian, I never saw anything that gave me confidence in Lewis’ claims about the ‘true history’ of Jesus. Continue reading

Conditioning by these organizations involves the creation of triggers in members’ minds. When one begins to question the mind control cult, these “psychic” triggers, based on ingrained associations with a variety of thoughts, feelings, and situations, awaken the “cult personality” originally designed by the cult to overcome the members’ original or real personality. Continue reading

At the same time, my rational self was rebelling against this tyranny of the soul executed on a sub-conscious level by a group that claimed “cosmic authority.” Many of my symptoms were consistent with the symptoms of Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome, symptoms common to many people who are in religious cults or have come out of religious cults. Members were shocked and surprised by such big announcements because nobody had any idea that anything was “cooking” in San Jose. Some brave members (indeed, very brave) decided to ask questions. The Envoy from San Jose was somewhat taken off guard. The reason is usually members are very compliant (or are supposed to be complaint). This is, in fact, the ultimate purpose of AMORC training. Decisions made by the Grand Lodge are “cosmically inspired decisions” and therefore should be not be questioned in any way whatsoever. Continue reading

The reality is that the culture of AMORC is akin to the culture of the Roman Empire. After all, Imperator means Emperor. And, in Rome, the Emperor was considered a god. So the Culture of AMORC is a dictatorship. Continue reading

One of the reasons may be that Christian Bernard, the imperator, has begun to resent standing in the shadows of H. Spencer Lewis and is beginning to assert his authority, a fact which grates on some members, who still resent the coup d’état that toppled Gary Stewart from power. Continue reading
