Hi Deb, It is regular tissue paper that I used. Very thin, like the paper you find in shoe boxes. You have to experiment a bit to see what paper works best for you. As long as it doesn't rip when lifting it up from the plate it is ok. I buy it from a Dutch online store but it is not a specific brand. I'm not sure where the 65gm came from. I just checked and it says 14gsm now. Maybe the 65 was just the total weight of the sheets. I saw some on Amazon, it was called gift wrapping tissue paper I think. 18gsm. I never used it but I think that should do the job. Good luck.

Hi Deb, It is regular tissue paper that I used. Very thin, like the paper you find in shoe boxes. It is very important that you use a minimum of paint, a really thin layer on your plate. That way it will not bleed through and you get perfect prints. You have to experiment a bit to see what paper works best for you. As long as it doesn't rip when lifting it up from the plate it is ok. I buy it from a Dutch online store but it is not a specific brand. I saw some on Amazon, it was called gift wrapping tissue paper I think. 18gsm. I never used it but I think that should do the job.
