Anyone have any recipes for how to deal with sciatica? My right leg is killing me, esp behind the knee. I've been putting bio freeze on it all day, plus taking a muscle relaxer but that only gives short term relief...man, getting old is a bummer sometimes! I think too much sitting has hurt me ...
I screw my sciatica up if I sit on my foot (which I'm doing now, duh). Don't do that.

Lately, as my family grows older, I am trying to 'hurry' to get all of the old pictures scrapped while those still alive to tell the story still can. I only spent 2 weeks a year at my dad's family's farm in Minnesota, but the smells of Gramma baking bread and canning pickles are still etched in my mind. I feel that using softer hues of colors and doing some shabby-chic work helps bring those beloved smells more easily to mind, just as the memories are somewhat softened (fuzzy) with age, and a bit shabby at the edges.
I have never seen this company, and it looks like something I could really get into!
