Hi Sabrina, I have two friends who were making rhubarb jam this week! :) I went to a super fancy restaurant recently where they were serving warm donut holes with cream and rhubarb jam. It was SO DELICIOUS! And I couldn't help but kind of chuckle on the inside that the homey rhubarb had found its place at such a fancy place. I was so proud of it! :) Happy spring! Serena

Hi Ellen! You don't at all need to divide your plant. If you choose to, it will handle it like it a champ though. And you don't even need to harvest it for it to be productive. Like I said in my post, it's such a loyal plant. No matter what, it keeps on producing. :) Serena

Hi Linda, We DID live off the Klamath River road! But the store I'm referring to in this post wasn't the Klamath River Store, although that was A LOT closer to our home at Croy Gulch on the river. The store I'm referring to here was quite a ways away, near the forks of the Salmon. Thank you for reading and for saying hello. Hugs, Serena
