Everyone needs a happy place! Mine is my art room out in my barn. With just the right amount of faerie dust sprinkled about, thoughts come into reality and dreams come alive! Give me anything and I love turning it into a treasure. From building dove cotes and play houses to making necklaces and paper whimsy, I love to create. I am as comfortable with a saw as I am with a pencil. Life is busy with three children and a dog. Decorating and gardening are always on my to do lists as well as cleaning, (but somehow cleaning always... Continue reading

A little about me: *my name is Laura Cook, I am a wife and a mother of 3 little ones. I really enjoy being a stay at home mom. I also love that I get to work part time at Scrap N’ Book and teach paper crafting classes. But having great paper and super fun embellishments at my fingertips often, should hardly be called work! *To say that I am just a ’scrapbooker’ would be slightly off…. You can always find me creatively combining various elements like wood, paint, metal, acrylic, fabric, photos and paper. A fun mess of stuff... Continue reading

Hi, my name is Dawne and I feel so fortunate to be a Design Team Member for ScrapNBook. I have been “crafting” for about 20 years. I started with cardmaking and rubberstamps, and have added scrapbooking and altered objects over the last 10 years. My passion is scrapbooking, I love everything about it! My scrapbooking style is somewhat classic with photos taking centerstage. I enjoy scrapbooking in both 12x12 and 8.5x11 formats. My family albums are generally 12x12, but I use 8.5x11 for my children’s albums. I started out scrapping chronologically, but now I scrapbook whatever pictures inspire me. It... Continue reading

My Name is Tiffany, I live in Bonney Lake with my boyfriend of 6 years Doug. I'm a legal assistant in Tacoma by day. I have been into art since I was a child. I took tons of art classes all through high school and college. My mom scrapbooked and I have been stealing her supplies for quite a while. I really got into it(buying my own supplies)and started scrapbooking and card making a few years ago. I also like to sew and garden, weather permitting. I also enjoy fishing with Doug and camping in the summertime. I also love... Continue reading

Favorite Media: Product: It’s definitely paper…I have a weakness for paper, and the hundreds of sheets of it in my house can vouch for that! I am also a big fan of buttons, stickles, ribbon…but back to paper…that is the main squeeze! Tool: Big Bite is so handy…but I also love my Quickutz alphas and the Cricut cartridges… Favorite Company: probably Basic Grey…although, I’m not loyal to any particular company…when I see something that stops me in my tracks and makes me say “oooooh, look at this,” then I’m all for it! Does it make sense to say that I... Continue reading

I was first introduced to scrap booking about 5 years ago and I have never looked back! I have loved it from the very beginning and still do today! I am a wife, and mother of two boys – 19 and 23 and I was sure by now I would be completely done and wondering what I would be able to scrap book next but guess what – NOT!!! I am not sure I will ever be caught up! As all of you know there is always something else to capture and then create! I have learned so much more... Continue reading

My best friend turned me onto scraping about 10 years ago and I've never looked back.Mostly because some of those early pages I've made make me cringe :) I love learning new techniques, trying out new products and keeping up with all the latest scrapbook trends. I spend a lot of time on the internet visiting manufacturer websites just to see what they have that's new and how they're are using it. I'm a total "scrap geek" at heart with a passion for paper like no other. I tend to scrap very clean, simple, linear pages and my favorite designers... Continue reading
