Thanks for all your nice comments ! As for a tut, it would be pretty difficult to make since it is a complex and time consuming process. However, I can list some steps and pointers. When I make another one, I will make a semi-tut. Right now, my job (teaching and grading) is getting in the way... Stay tuned.

Thank you. To prevent the sweaters from unraveling, you can either serge them or zigzag the edge, which works just as well. We made scarves, hats and mitains (thumb and rest) but not gloves (all separate fingers). If you click on the billboard picture, you can see it more clearly.

Thanks to all ! Well, in all fairness, I love to sew and to make people happy makes me happy too so it was NO sacrifice ! Giving opens my heart. I don't have a lot of money so I give of my time and since I don't have any kids, I thought of taking care of someone else's. Kids should be happy at Christmas.
