Hi Donna, Thanks for your comments. I will probably use this for a Grandma Toy Bag too (after I take it on a picnic). It will be perfect for that. As for the handle - my friend Natalie Cox (@carryhersbynatalie) made the bag and she makes a lot of bags so she said it was easy to cover the handle. she suggests buying good quality hardware too. Good luck!
