Whoah! Scratch that. Just noticed that there is a "Preview" feature, right next to "Publish." Also, it doesn't look like the previews are logged in the statistics.

Steven, in the Dashboard, hover over the image of the person your following that you no longer want to follow. A pop up will appear. Bellow the green "Following" text, there is a link to "unfollow" in parens.
