Hi Brett, Thanks for the positive feedback. A great night out deserved a write-up. I now can't wait to read the stuff our English correspondents have to say about a certain game featuring some orange-clothed Associate players...
I forgot to add that I will be supporting Delhi. Have been a Delhi man all my life and there seems no point changing at this stage of my life.

Not sure about Richard's comment about Dravid's 50 in NZ. It's not so long ago that Dravid got a 100 - in fact, only the previous test he played. I thought Richard would remember that since it was against England...

Looks like it might be going to South Africa. I am certainly disappointed. I went to my first IPL game in Delhi last year to see Delhi versus Kolkata. On a hot May day at the Ferozeshah Kotla, I was eager to see this new format for real, with the added attraction of seeing McGrath and Shoaib take on Sehwag and Gambhir. May in Delhi is one of the hottest and driest months in the year. So what happened then? It just poured and poured and the game was washed out - no refunds either... Ah well, I guess if I had gone to see an IPL game in England it would probably have been washed out anyway!

Such an English-centric list.... How about solving your spinner problem with Chandrashekhar (even English fans should remember his 6-38 at the Oval in 1971 which propelled India to its first series win in England!), or an opener such as Chetan Chauhan.
