So...I am going to get a little controversial here, but I saw this post on WWW.Robbwolf.com and it really made me think. What are your thoughts on this topic??? Happy Birthday to me.... LOL- no seriously today is my 40th birthday and it is "my" blog so I wanted to celebrate with my Crossfit and Paleo peeps! According to a public health nutrition study... When people were asked to rate 4 meals based on a written description only, they ranked the meal that included a vegetable as the yummiest. Interesting??!! They concluded that when vegetables are present people anticipate the meal tasting better, perhaps that is because it fullfills the notion of what a complete meal should look like. Monday May 6th
Happy Day after Cinco De Mayo! So yesterday I had plenty of time on my hands and the weather was a little less than perfect so I decided to cook. What you ask...well I decided in honor of Cinco De Mayo that I would make Carnitas...from scratch.
