Hey! This introvert met the love of her life because you convinced her to go to a book club meeting. I'm more than wishing you luck - I'm wishing you continue to Move Forward!

This would be *most* of October... Week 34 and we did introduce meat to his diet, however it was smushed up baby food meat. Even now he struggles to eat real meat. Would that be due to a lack of... Continue reading

This would also be known as the month of September... During week 30 we decided to bust out the kiddie pool and a swimsuit in this beautiful September Saturday. Aaron had been mowing the lawn so everything smelt wonderful. Tadpole... Continue reading

I'm still behind on so many posts...however I've made it to January in my "catch-up on Project Life" goal. Which means I'm really not far behind there. I just need to get the pages posted. However, that won't happen tonight.... Continue reading

So, the Catbird Seat. A rather unique for Nashville restaurant setup in which there are 32 seats around a U-shaped kitchen in which you watch chef Erik Anderson prepare your meal while you watch. Or so they claim. However with... Continue reading

Yay! I've been playing catch up as well. And I've decided two things. 1 - I am going to continue this b/c I love looking back and 2 - I'm not letting myself get as far behind next year. If I have to use one spread for multiple weeks, not going to stress over it and it does NOT have to be perfect. You continue to be an inspiration. Thank you.

Totally possible to give thanks w/o turkey! And even though meat does make an appearance on my table, I often eat around it on Thanksgiving, saving my portion for the leftover sandwiches. I love the sides so much more than the bird!

Amen! No centerpiece or flowers on my table either. And some of the food was served from the top of the stove. However those sitting around the table were just as happy and enjoyed every minute anyway. Bonus - they even helped clean up afterwards! So even though I'm at work today, and the kitchen is still a disaster zone, Thanksgiving was everything I wanted it to be: good friends, good food, good wine and lots of love in our house.
