Thank you Lynn! I just used a regular paint brush for the rest of the painting. And I actually used a small art brush for the gold details that couldn't be removed (I'll update my blog to state that part).

Yes! The end of the seam is far enough away from the end of the zipper so the zipper pull stops where the seams stops and doesn't get close to the cut ends of the zipper. Let me know if you try it! Jona

Hi Tonya! It's a long countertop with shelves underneath (it's the full length of the wall). The skirt hides the mess!

Yes! The stabilizer is fusible on both sides so it holds great after ironing. I think pinking is a fun idea and would look cute. The fraying isn't a problem because of the fusing. Have fun!

Hi Jo! Yes, it's just a plain old glue stick and it's probably identical to Pritt Stick or UHU. Just make sure it's "washable" so you can wipe off any extra glue. Have fun!

Very good question! If your pillow is firm then make the cover the exact size of your pillow (you can always alter to make it smaller if it's too loose). If your pillow is very squishy then make it an inch smaller in order to give it a fuller look. I hope that makes sense. Let me know how it works for you. Thank you!

Carolyn, I usually try to focus on beginners when posting tutorials so I just assume they don't have any other feet than what their machines may have come with. But I highly recommend getting more specialized feet as folk build up their "tool chest" of sewing supplies. I hope you got your pillow finished!! :)
