Well, we will be united in prayer as members of the Confraternity! My eldest chose St. Joan of Arc and my second combine Sts. Maria Goretti and Therese of Lisieux. Come to find out - in the ambulatory of the Cathedral there is a stone from the castle wall where St. Joan was imprisoned (photo of this on smugmug)! She and her sponsor (also her French tutor) knelt there to pray afterwards. Such a special moment! Thank you for your kind words - it was quite the special day. We never quit laboring in some way over our children! Can't wait to see what you are up to with the sewing machine. All Saints costumes perhaps?
