I will tell him. He's a great kid. It's fun to love on him while he is still young enough!

Why thank you! I need some paleo inspiration! I've been having my grain once a day and feeling the pain.

They are do-able! Sorry I didn't do the work to find links, but you get the idea! Do you know about Shirley's Crafts? That's been another craft lifesaver over the years. Also thinking about those ArtPacs from CHC. Good luck!

Most appreciative of the Gouge reminder! I did read Scent of Water and the Little White Horse. What would you recommend next?

Glad to hear a recommendation! There's lots of things on my "someday" list, but the seed kits have been on the longest ; )

So sorry about your Grandma, but hoping you feel blessed beyond measure. All my grandparents were gone by the time I was in 7th grade! Activities . . . at some point I just accepted the fact that it would take time, money, sacrifice, and traveling 20-60 minutes for the caliber I was looking for. Not for every family, but somehow we make it work for us. Hope you can come to Seussical!

Aw, thank you! Whenever I find myself lamenting that I did not persevere with a career in music I remind myself that if I had to do it all over again I would still choose marriage and family over a career. And for me I am so single-hearted and single-minded I could not do both. It's not the American way, but there it is.

Beautiful all around! From those forsythia wreaths on your church doors to felted parakeets to the shining countenances on your daughters' faces. Pax!
