Hey Steph: try Brighton's wallet purses. Carry it hands free over your shoulder/neck. I'll never go back to a real pure! I know the best children's illustrator ;) She even has a publisher. Thanks for the updates! maggieb!

nope, no personality, none at all! I so enjoyed your trip, thanks for sharing. Our visit to the Glockenspiel (sp?) had scaffolding. It is the giggle of our travels. If we are going somewhere, they toss up the scaffolding. maggieb!

Give yourself a break. You have moved your family 2X in a year, now half way around the world. The Bigs are back in school but you had a major event just last week with Cate. Once the ROUTINE of daily life establishes itself, you will get back on track. Can a person send you a printer or is it against the rules? maggieb!

You had a fabulous weekend to visit DC. Those weekend weddings fly by, don't they? These are the moments the girls will remember: weddings, family, cherry blossoms. maggieb!

S, you represent the BEST military wife. You pack your bags and move to an unknown place and embrace every bit of life. I am sure you will explore nooks and crannies in RI and beyond as this year flies by. The best thing about the military is the lifelong friends you meet along the way! maggieb!

You are strong. One of the strongest women I know. This week you have given your strength to Shelby. She needs it more than you. But just like love expanding to include 4 beautiful girls, strength expands. Praying for you and all of our supporting families. maggieb!

Lew says THIS is the reason our kids turned out to be 'f' ing awesome people. BRATS are special (and only WE can call them BRATS). He teared up, that brave, bold, military man of mine, reading this.

A., wow, I had no idea this was weighing on you. I am sensitive too and would have been blue too. ((hugs)) Just chalk it all up to Mean Girls who are now QueenBees and WannaBees. And the MOB mentality that seems to be sweeping people these days. Ladies, just because one person throws a stone, it doesn't mean you need to pick up a bigger rock and hurl it. Aneela, I LOVE SP, can't wait for Apples and I LOVE Moda and their fabrics. While other manufacturers are slipping to a lesser quality product, MODA is improving their base fabric and including people like you are their designers. Hold your head up high and keep designing and sewing. You are an inspiration to more than the MeanGirls. maggieb!

AMEN. The JOY of giving is huge. Your children won't have to 'do' anything but be children with the elderly, just seeing them will brighten their day. There should be a lunch room where the mobile residents gather. Sit one at each table and you will cover many lives. Blessings abound when you give. maggieb!

BTDT...one time I locked myself in my BR. For hours. The kids (11 and 7) were scared. *I* was afraid. We learned that momma has a breaking point and she was close. Steph, no one is perfect. If they think they are, that is the first problem. You are doing your best and that is all you can do.

well said! The only thing better than a military wife is a BRAT. BRATS are special. You can spot them in a crowd. TACAMO...take charge and move out: MissEm was born into that sqdn. I think that is why she is such a take charge person. I always say, I want to be like her when I grows up.
