I haven't had much success with any Revlon polishes. I have some Sinful Colors neons that work well. I think they sell them at Walgreens. I think China Glaze just came out with neon polishes, too. I haven't tried them, but I like their other polishes. Good luck!

Love your outfits! As for neon nail polish, it usually needs a layer of white polish underneath to really make it pop. Those true neon polishes can be really thin and transparent otherwise.
