Raw honey has enzymes and nutrients that help to boost the immune system. Personally, I have never heard of someone needing to avoid honey due to an immune system issue. If concerned, consult a doctor.

Stevia would be a fine option for iced tea. If you are making your own iced tea, you could sweeten it with honey.
