Even the deep balls Wallace caught he came back for what would have been AT LEAST half a dozen EASY TD's RT would have had 40 TD's if he hit Wallace even 2/3rds of the time. Well, Brady didn't exactly light it up last year. Neither did Luck, but, they did enough to help their teams win. Luck I think could have success in MIA because he can get out of trouble. Brady would be a disaster in MIA. He gets rattled too easily

The only problem is that Bortles will likely go to an atrocious team, so, it's unlikely that he'll be able to produce gaudy stats. Plus, he isn't exactly a gunslinger, he's just smart, and a winner!

I tried to negotiate a bet with you MarK, but, you didn't like the terms

Bortles is the man. UCF!

I'm pretty sure that Seattle just won a SB with one tackle they signed off the BROWNS PS and another that was a 6th or 7th RD pick

I don't follow college, and I really dislike this time of year, but, there's no way in heeeeeeeelll I would draft an O-linemen in the first round. Even a blue chipper like Long that was supposed to last a decade, but, lasted half that time.

Nice QB, but, that WR #1 doesn't hurt I'm sure. Def throws a cleaner long ball than you know who

MarK. It's not about the money man! Those guys play for GLORY! Money is secondary. Ricky was an idiot. He COULD have shattered all types of records. But to know that no matter what they did they were wasting their glory years away on a pathetic franchise...It's just sad!

I always feel bad for the few bright lights this team finds throughout the years. Zach Thomas, Ricky Williams, Jason Taylor, now Cam Wake All rotted their careers away playing for a perennial loser. Tannehill will be gone and forgotten with the rest of the QB corpses since Dan.

Only 2 starting jobs? Weird. I see them needing 3 QB's (Starter, and 2 backups) 1 RB (Starter) #2 TE 3-5 WR LG,RG, RT, plus depth OLB x2, MLB plus depth dt#2 CB 2-4 K KR/PR Nearly every position with exception to DE, C, Safety, and PUNTER should be upgraded

Still nothing!?

I'd rather not use an arbitrary # of TD's as a target. League-wide that could vary wildly year to year.

QBR is the only comprehensive rating. What about TD/INT ratio? Is there anything more critical? RT threw for a decent amount of yards, and a decent # of TD's, but, too many INT's, and in the 4th QTR was terrible He was in the top 10 in a few areas, and the bottom 10 in others. There's really no better impartial metric.

Terms are simple. RT in the top 15 in QBR you win, under that I win Bowens was a beast, as was Gardner
1 reply
Yeah, really? A Jake Long jersey? Troy Vincent was only on the team 4 years. Madison and Surtain made him expendable.
Yeah, I don't wear them either. I don't frame them. They just hang in my closet. I still think being the advocate that you are for RT it only makes sense that way. But, we could make a Marino vs Warfield deal if that's the way you wanna do it
1 reply
HAHAHA. Oh Ryan, you still can't pass the ball
1 reply
HAHA. But, you're such a Tannehill fan! It's gotta be for a RT jersey! See, even his biggest fan doesn't want his jersey! HAHA
1 reply
Well, I hope RT is saving up, because backup QB pay isn't as good as starting QB pay, even though he's thankfully not making that much on his rookie salary

I don't have a family. I just pay 20K a year for child support HAHA MarK, MarK, MarK. This season will tell who was right and who was wrong. No excuses, right?! I think Mallet was the right decision. They should have taken him and we wouldn't be having this discussion

I make more than 5K a month...After taxes

I'll tell you what MarK. If RT finishes the season in the top 15 in QBR I'll buy you a jersey! If he doesn't you can buy me a jersey of a real player. Wait. I don't want a jersey of any of these scrubs... And, I'd say since he's the 13th, and won't be the final starting QB since Marino retired it's fair to say that nobody CAN replace Dan.
