another great giveaway! WOW!! thank you for the chance to win!!
Oh WOW! Thank you for the chance. ;-) My idea is to GIVE, GIVE, GIVE. My husband and I have a small income but we always buy presents for the sick kids in the hospital and deliver them on Christmas. We really try to instill in our kids that they always have too much and that there are kids that have never, ever even been to a McDonalds! They are so good about giving and I want the spirit of giving to stay with them forever!!

Thanks so much for the challenges Paula!! Even though I was a slacker with the last of the challenges I am very happy with how my body has responded to the changes I have made. Some of the challenges were harder for me to change my routine. (you can lead a fish to water but you can't make it drink...lol!) When I stepped on the scale last night I was down 8 pounds but I am more happy with the way my clothes are NOT fitting. ;-) Can you say...I need some new clothes???!!! WOOHOO for me!! Thanks again Paula and congrats to everyone that participated!!

Hey Paula. LOVE those questions but my dad would NEVER answer any of them. However, I am going to ask these to my hubby and let him answer them for our kids so THANK you for those!! ;-) I'll be sure and email next week about my trip. Just getting my head above water now. LOL! Have a great weekend!!

Of course I am inspired by my photos to create but also the story and feelings BEHIND the photo. When I find a picture of my son lining up his little trucks on the arm of the couch or find stickers he's placed all over the house, I want to create a layout that expresses my love for him and all of his little quirks. Those things inspire me. ;-)

Hi Paula. I did email you but thought I'd post here as well with a few tidbits. For me, the best thing is PREPARATION and having those meals readily available. If I don't make any preparations, it is VERY hard for me to get those meals in. I make sure I boil a big batch of eggs so I can just grab one and put in my bag. Love proteins bars, meal shakes, yogurt, almonds, apples and grapes. These things are all things that I can just grab and go. If I'm at home, one of my favorite little meals is a Thomas Whole Grain, Low Fat English Muffin (the WHOLE muffin is only 100 calories!) with a LITTLE honey and organic peanut butter. So yummy and fills you up!! PLUS, the muffin has I believe 9 grams of fiber. HOORAY!! And my last tip is to get the books EAT THIS NOT THAT! I am OBSESSED with them and they are FULL of information. For instance, it compares lunch meat and you would not believe the amount of calories and sodium in some products!! HOLY MOLY!! This book takes all out of the guess work so you can make smart choices at the grocery store and eating out. I would HIGHLY recommend those too!!!!!! CONGRATS to everyone on their progress! Here's to another great week!!! ps. Paula, I bought cranberry juice and I'm gonna spike all my water to see how I like it!!

WOOHOO!! It's begun! ;-) This will be the easiest challenge for me since I haven't had a soda since last December and I have never, ever been a fan of diet soda. :-) I am putting all my water in a measured bottle this week just to verify that I am getting my 12 cups and more. Thanks Paula!!!

Have I mentioned that I can't wait to get started???!! ;-) Thanks for posting about the cleanse. When I was reading the directions last night and saw 8 to 10 servings of fruit I was like...no way is that possible for me! ;-) I am all about flexibility. hee hee..

Teresa, What a GORGEOUS kit!! LOVE IT!! Were you surprised at the winner of The Biggest Loser?? I was! I wanted Mike or Tara to win. Honestly, I think Jerry deserved the $250,000 since his weight was lost ALL BY HIMSELF!! AMAZING!!!!

Paula, I am SO SO excited about this!!!! I can't wait to print everything out, take the survey, check out the bundles and MORE!!! WOOHOO!!! Now, I know this 8 week challenge will run into my trip to Colorado but I know I can do it!!! ;-) And YES...I must know what the 8 challenges are RIGHT NOW!!! I am thinking that some of the challenges MIGHT be easy (like if it's drink more water....because I already drink a TON of it...hee hee) Am I blind? I didn't see your trainer's email?? THANKS so much for doing this Paula!! I can't wait to get started!! I think I might have to create a little scrapbook about this 8 week challenge!! And did I mention it came at the PERFECT time because I've been really bummed about the scale not moving lately despite working my booty off!!!

OMG! Seriously?? Fries are the most widely eaten vegetable? THAT'S depressing!! Thankfully, my kids don't care for them and always get the apple fries at McD's. (that makes me feel a little better!) And yet more reasons I can't wait for my hubby to put in our garden....NOTHING beats a home -grown tomato in the Summer time. Can't wait! I could eat FRESH BLTs all summer, all day long!!!!!!!!!!!!! ;-)

Wide shoulders? OH PLEASE!! You are so tiny it's disgusting!! Well, I THOUGHT I was gonna have a fashion find at Kohls today on my lunch hour. There was a Vera Wang trench on clearance for $24 (normally $120) in a gorgeous dark eggplant color but sadly (I mean HOORAY) it was too big for me and it was the ONLY one. GRRRR!!!!!!!! ;-) I freakin' LOVE that letter clutch. I thought it was denim and about drooled when I saw it. It looks like it's black though...still, stinkin' CUTE!!!

Man, did this post come at the right time. ;-) How can I say no to food??? I actually JUST told my husband last night that I have GOT to get back to my healthy eating pattern because I am seeing no decrease in the scale despite still exercising. However, when it's "that time" I have uncontrollable cravings. Seriously. This is not a lie. Do you know what I had for breakfast yesterday? Cookies and milk. That's right. COOKIES AND MILK!!! The need for chocolate was UNCONTROLLABLE!!!!!!!!!! :-) I am very excited about your challenge and can't wait to hear more. And you know what else?? I need some motivation for my cardio workout. I just have no desire to keep going for an hour like I did before. Right now, I'd rather be lifting weights and kickin' some butt. ;-) I've knocked down my cardio to 30 or 45 minutes. I'm just not 'feeling' it. Hope your trainer has some cures for that too. ;-)

First off...what a stinkin' cute picture!! And secondly, DOWN 2.6 pounds - WOOHOO woman!! (Guess I should have joined you on that run!!) I shouldn't complain since my scale stayed the same but dang...after all that food I thought for sure it's be UP 10 pounds. I sure felt like 2 ton tilly after the weekend. LOL!!! ps. I SO could use a self-care day but my self-care weekend was pretty good! ;-)

If not for the AMBER alert, a young boy taken from his home in Beaufort, MO (just 15 miles) from me was found. He, along with another boy who had been missing for 5 YEARS, were discovered in an apartment in St. Louis.. Very SCARY!!!
