oops, forgot the recipe to make your "cheeks pink".
1 envelope of Hot Cocoa Mix
6 oz of Hot Water (or Milk for creamier)
Mix together in Large Coffee Mug
Add 1 jigger (or to taste) Peppermint Schnapps (or 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract for the little ones)
Top with Whipped Cream, Dark Shaved Chocolate, and a small candy cane for a festive look.
Enjoy sitting by a fire reading your favorite Christmas Book with your family.

I am thankful for my for my mom (yep, she beats everyout out because I wouldn't be the person I am today if it wasn't for her upbringing), my hubby, my 2 adorable kids, and my siblings (all of them).

My best friend has my children over to her house every year for the past 6 years to build gingerbread houses as her present to my kids and to me (no mess to clean up!). http://www.flickr.com/photos/24328030@N03/3501676456/ Last year I made her an album using the house shaped chipboard album (can't remember what manufacturer) decorated as a gingerbread house for the album cover and filled it with pictures of past times at her home. It's a very special tradition and my kids and I look forward to it every year!

WOW! How many minis? I would have to say between 10-15 maybe more. I forget, because I make most of my minis as gifts and once they leave my house I kind of forget about them. I need to do more for me as selfish as that sounds! What I LOVE best about minis is that you feel "completed" in the end. There is a start and a finish. They are also quick and cute!
