Big East should grow some balls and force Notre Dame to join for football. Yes, Notre Dame is among the BE's non-football schools. Do that, sign UCF up, and get Georgetown and Villanova promoted to I-A football programs, and the Big East can finally compete with the other BCS conferences again. And USF shouldn't be too proud.
