Oh Wil. My eyes are full of tears for Ferris as I write this. I'm sending thoughts of love and healing your way. I can't imagine how much it must hurt to lose such an awesome ddog.

I just watched this with my husband. His response? "That was the sound of of a *Klingon* transporter." I am married to such a nerd. Love it. Great episode, by the way. I cannot believe everyone came back together for it! Awesome.

For typos, it helps to read the entire document backward, word by word. Time consuming, but prevents that whole "brain filling in what it wants to see" thing. But hey, I catch typos in non-self-published books all the time. No one's perfect. I just got my copy of Sunken Treasure in the mail and thought it was great. I love that you're going to improve on an already great thing. More please. ;)

I had the same issue, SandieK. I had to do a rightclick "save target as" in Firefox because the download button sent me to the embedded quicktime file.

Oh, Wil, that's the funniest fucking thing I've seen in a long while. I have it out for Sony right now after it taking a call to Sony, then a call to Linksys, then a call to Sony, followed by another call to Linksys to get our PS3 hooked up to the internet. Fucking ridiculous. I may need a new piece of Sony shit to figure out now...

Man, Wil, as a geeky girl who works in retail, I really wish we had more shoppers like you. We sell Viva Adama tees at our store, and a little part of me dies inside every time someone asks, "Who?" Though I did once have the opposite experience as you did. Had an older gentleman attempt to impress me with his worldly & geeky knowledge backfire on him. Somehow while checking his items out, the subject of the Haldon Collider in Switzerland came up (at that point his wife actually shouted across the store at him that the "nice young lady doesn't want to hear it" -- apparently he does this often). I proceeded to have a nice discussion with him about the hack that had happened, of which he hadn't been aware. He was a bit surprised that a wee young thing like me was able to hold up my end of a geeky conversation.
