thank you for seeing the travesty of our justice system.WE will soon be posting a web site called Justice for Danny- it's actually focused on John Torence and getting him removed from the bench. For now- letters to John Torrence,Mo Attorny General, And letters to the editor is our best weapon. And actually Brady Twenter was the Prosecuter for our case- we need to demand he be fired, he is totally incompetent. Also let the Star know you will not support them if they support Torrence.

Curtis Mertensmeyer is now out on probation, KSHB reports. They interview another local blogger, Scooter, who wants to make sure the case isn't forgotten. And they quote Prosecutor Jim Kanatzer, who notes that punishments for DUI cases can vary widely, from some prison time to none at all.
