I have been playing Florida Scratch offs for about 10 years. The prizes have decreased since when they first came out. No particular number gives you a better chance of winning. It's all random. I've won on all different numbers but have lost or so many more! Truly think government has control on percentage you win and it HAS gotten worse from years ago. Don't, and I mean don't, waste your money! People that brag on their winnings won't admit ALL they lost before they won, as they are too embarassed to say. The people that swear they win all the time etc. are paid to do so by lottery officials. Money given from state for schools, etc. was taken away and replaced by Lottery monies. People thought we still received state funding and the Lottery was an added bonus. Not true. Think about it, why are schools suffering after we have all these billions from Lottery! Wake up and smell the stale coffee! Yes, I've been ripped off by the Lottery!!!!
