Chad did not bounce all over the NFL...he played for 2 teams, the Bengals and the Pats last year. The Pats cut him because it is reported he couldn't grasp the playbook and the routes. If he can't grasp the Pat's playbook then I doubt he can grasp our's with the new Westcoast offense. I don't think we'll sign him and if we do he better not cause any distractions.

Thanks Tim...it's true there are a few people that post on here all the time that everything they write is so negative they can't possibly be Dolphin fans. I read this blog almost daily and don't post very often but all this negativity is really getting old. If these guys hate our team so bad why not find another team to follow. I for one think this was the best draft Ireland has done yet but you have to give it time to see what kind of pro players they'll be. Nobody knows that right now geeeez.

I agree oscar, I posted the same thing earlier about Jack Sparrow and since then he has slinked away like the troll that he is, but now I've noticed he's been replaced by dusty bottoms....another negative non-fan loser. Probably the same guy who just changed names.

Dolfan Rick...love the Rays and the Lightning. I do follow the Bucs a bit but my heart lies with the Fins. Hoping for good things from the Rays this year. They're looking pretty good so far. Gotta beat the Rangers tonight so we can at least take 2 out of 3.

Alot of bad years and frustration but I am a true fan now and always will be. Even through the bad and good. The bottom line is we were outcoached. Belicheat never shuts down his offense...ever! How many times has he been acused of running the score up...numerous. He doesn't run the score up, he just never shuts it down or plays conservative like this disfunctional organization. We desparetly need an offensive coach that has the same killer instinct as Belicheat...period!

Leigh Bodden was released by the Pats today. I say sign him immediately because he's better than most of our secondary and could really help out. Also would like to see Jeff Fisher as next head coach, he's still hungry for a super bowl win and always had good teams with Tn. Just say NO to Gruden, he's not a good coach. He won his S.B. with Tony Dungy's team. His team got worse every year after the S.B. win and then he got fired. Enough said on that.

The only problem I have with Brandon is the drops. When he does catch the ball he is usually making plays and gaining yards. He is still hard to bring down. The passes he has dropped which really haven't been many are magnified due to them being potential touchdown catches. Getting rid of him is not the answer as he still draws double coverage regularly. There are worse problems on this team than Marshal.

bk Too bad we don't have Zack and a JT in his prime...it wouldn't matter what defense we ran with this group of guys. We basically have the same group of guys as last year but they can't get it done. Gotta be the coaching...just saying

I agree with you kris...I could not believe they actually used that photo. Al Davis is not my favorite person but my god he looks like he just survived a car crash. Show some respect Miami Herald for a guy who was truly a pioneer in the NFL. R.I.P. Al Davis.

Say NO to Gruden...he won that superbowl with Tony Dungy's team. He is not a good coach. If you look at the years he was here in Tampa his record got worse every year as he lost the players from the superbowl team. Just ask Warren Sapp who is the biggest shyt head I've ever had the displeasure of meeting and he'll tell you Gruden is not the answer.

I haven't seen anyone post about Columbo. The guy is the worst right tackle I have ever seen. I've heard people on here calling him a swinging gate and that's exactly what he is. If anyone watched him during the game he wiffed on multiple blocks. It was so obvious I can't understand why no one is talking about it. The defense played absolutely terrible we all know that but if they don't get rid of that jackazz at right tackle henne will be injured by week 3

Tony Sparano...the great offensive line coach from Dallas can't put together a freaking offensive line to save his life. How did he ever get that job in Dallas? Columbo is the worst pick up of this year but because he played in Dallas we have to have him. I'm so sick of this BS with our offensive line for the last 3 years I wanna puke. If they don't replace Columbo, he will be the downfall of Sparano and Ireland.

I know everyones moved on to the next blog but I wanted to make a statement about Henne here. The coaching staff in my opinion is the reason Henne play's the way he has this year. I remember when he came in last year after Penne got hurt the kid played with alot of emotion. If you looked at his face he had the same scowl that Marino used to have and he was a leader in the huddle. This year his demeanor is totally different...no scowl, no emotion, and it doesn't appear he's even in charge in the huddle...it's like he's just going through the motions. I truly believe with a different OC, and quarterbacks coach he would be a different and better quarterback. It's like alot of us have been saying all year, take the handcuffs off of him and let him play his game and stop pounding into his head not to make mistakes. He looks like he's shellshocked this year compared to last. Just my opinion, but I hope they make some coaching changes and keep Henne at least one more year.

I know this is business and I was happy when we got the Tuna here but I have just lost all respect for him and Ireland. The way they have treated a player who gave everything to this team and still could contribute alot this year makes me wanna puke! I've been a fan since the early 70's and Jason Taylor is one of the best defensive players we've ever had. All he and Zack wanted to do was retire Dophins and this front office spat in their faces. F the tuna and his cronies!

Menace, Good for you but then again the job's a bit different up there then down here. I'm sure your way more busy then I am. For example, I'm workin right now in my cruiser in one of the slowest area's. It's not always like this, usually workin a very busy area and don't hardly get a break.

Menace...absolutely and to add to that if you get a rep. for bringing in B.S. cases when you actually have a good one they won't give it as much consideration. I try to teach the young guns that all the time but these new guys think they know everything...oh well, they'll learn.

The MBPD officer was obviously pissed and padded the charges once he found out Starks was a pro football player. I've done it a couple of times when I was a rookie but then learned better. Good thing the State Attorney realized it was a bad charge they couldn't prove and dropped the felonies. Justice was done in this case.

Can we ever put a team away and not go through this week after week. Not to mention the crowd still remains a factor. Dammit!!
