Ha ha ha! So awesome! Wil, you totally look like you're going "SQUEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!" :-)
wil wheaton gets lucky ... sometimes
This was the ultimate highlight of my #PAX 2009, and watching it again just now brought tears to my eyes again. I'm not worthy of something this awesome. Thank you Jonathan, and Paul, and Storm, and Molly for making me feel cool. I <3 you guys.
It's good to know that there are owners out there that love their pets as much as they deserve to be loved. It's hard to look at the positive aspects but from the outside it's a lot easier. I see a dog that was very lucky to be with owners that appreciated and loved him so much. My thoughts are with you and your family.
i can't think of a title, so i'll just say thank you
I once had a terrible case of the flu. In addition to the body aches and chills and stuff, I was puking my brains out all over the place all the time. The worst part of it was that it would happen with no warning; one second I was fine, and then I'd suddenly feel my stomach turn, and I'd be thro...
One of Felicia Day's followers on twitter just posted a tip that I think will really help you. If you do a search for "to:wilw" (without the quotes, obviously) you will get all the replies without the mentions! Give it a try!
Sorry to post the same comment on 2 different posts (Don't want to become a spambot myself) I just think this will help solve your problem with the twitter spambots.
in which bad golf is played and news items are discussed
Last week, I took Nolan to the 3 par golf course I played on all the time as a teenager for a round of what we call Bad Golf. The rules of Bad Golf are pretty simple: 1. If you completely blow it on a shot, you get an automatic do-over, no penalty. 2. If you miss the cup by a distance equal to...

the spambots on twitter are completely out of control
A few months ago, Twitter changed their @replies tab into something called @mentions. This had a significant impact on a lot of us who use Twitter, especially those of us with a large number of followers. Originally, I'd only see a message with @wilw in it if that's the way the message began. It...
Dearest WHil WHeaton,
Sorry to be off topic but I thought this would be the best place to ask. Yesterday on Twitter I noticed a tweet of yours mentioning that a paperback of Just a Geek was available. Do you know where I could buy this from? Thanks!
Also, everyone should buy the MP3 and Video of Date My Avatar. The video is amazing and hilarious and the song is so catchy, you'll be lucky if you stop singing it for a WEEK.
oh yeah, this is totally +5 to sexterity
Just in case you haven't seen it ... Congratulations to Felicia, the cast of The Guild, and everyone else involved in the creation and production of the Do You Want To Date My Avatar video. Ever since I saw a rough cut of it while we were shooting season three, I knew it was going to be a h...
I'd love to know what format you're planning on releasing this in. Paper? Kindle? PDF? Just curious. I will buy it in whatever format I can get it.
it's all inside the wrist. it's all inside the way you time it.
Some more Memories of the Future edits, for your (and my) amusement. Here's the original: After a bit of exploring, they find themselves in the lab of Data's creator, Dr. Noonian Soong. Riker, Geordi, and Tasha all join forces to be sort of an Exposition Voltron, informing the audience that Noo...
PLEASE do an e-book version. Would you be able to put your other books in that format as well? PLEASE?
WIRED Review: "Sunken Treasure is full of gems"
Sunken Treasure got a really nice review from Geekdad: Wil Wheaton came up with just the right word to describe his new book, Sunken Treasure. The subtitle is Wil Wheaton's Hot Cocoa Box Sampler, and sampler is an excellent metaphor for what this small, sumptuous snack represents. This is a var...
