Friday, Dec 11th should be a very entertaining day to say the least.... and in the same it will be such a sad day as well..... not only is it also the day poor Caylee's remains were found scattered all over those woods ...... but it it will also be three more daggers into sweet Caylee's soul ...... I can only imagine when Sinning SINdy, Delusional Sissy GeorgieGirl and ConManBrad take the stand and twist each one of their daggers into Caylee's soul with more lies and mistruths and half-truths..... I am sure they will get up there and lie, lie, lie and not feel an ounce of compassion and/or sorrow for that precious baby ..... they will forget about what poor Caylee felt and went through while her monster mother was murdering her..... I cannot wait to see and hear what questions they will be asked and how they will respond.... and I am sure there will be more kisses blown towards Monster Mom, Ugh!! ..... I do hope what ever their lying answers will be that this opens the door to the beginning of the end for that horrid and evil cast of characters in that family..... JUSTICE FOR CAYLEE!!!

I like her! ..... I think she so so funny..... I just watched her HBO stand up this past weekend.... i laughed and laughed .... especially when she talked of her twin babies.... Also this break in Monster Mom's case gives me time to catch up on some of the things I have missed in this case.... I would bet that she indeed had her law students copy and paste and edited docs from her other cases.... she knows for sure that they would be denied and that they truly are "legally deficient" ..... she claims her big claim to fame is being thrown out of courtrooms and she is definitely going to push that button w/Judge Strickland .... but he will not throw her out he will softly say ..... "I am going to Deny your Motion" .... and he will say it softely 10x's ..... I too think it will not go to trial ..... but that asinine of a duh-fense team will keep this going for as long as they can ..... b/c they just love being in the spot light.... but in my hearts of hearts I would love for it to go to trial so as ...... the Monster Mom and her family would be so so humiliated with all the dirty laundry that would come out ..... and of course the way that most likely the duh-fense would throw the grandparents under the bus with that dirty laundry ...... and that would be the cherry on the top of her conviction..... Another thing about the 10 Motions that were filed Friday..... not only is the Duh-fense trying to get the law to fit and accommodate the Murderous Monster Mom by trying to change the jury instructions .... they are also saying the indictment is too vague and they do not know how to represent and defend the creature.....they are sure doing their darnest to get the pros to tip their hands and they want to see ...ALL.... that they have ..... and the pros are definitely laughing at the nonsensical Motions saying ..... Nada, Nada, Nope.... you will not push us to give you what we are holding close to our chest ..... can you imagine all the appeals for all the others who are incarcerated .....if and should Judge Strickland let them change the Jury Instructions to fit the creature ..... they want to change the instructions to imply that the jurors are not just advising on what the punishment should be .... they want to change it to make ....THEM.... jurors to know it will be their decision and that if they come back with the DP ..... that it would be on their conscience that they ......KILLED.... her.... Judge Strickland better slap those Motions down and slap them down without even hearing them..... she is not special and should not be allowed to parade such notions in front of the court .... the Duh-fense team is a circus for sure but ..... I hope he does not let his courtroom be their platform for their charades ...... JUSTICE FOR CAYLEE!!!

I too thought of the switch vs Big Bertha..... but i would rather see the switch .... I am not a DP advocate .... but in this case I absolutely am..... the con that she is ..... she will adapt in prison after a year or so.... she will still be breathing and laughing and eating and not even giving one thought as to what she did to Caylee..... they have so many amenities to offer prisoners that she would adjust to prison life.... i am sure she would surely schmooz a male guard for her sexual needs and for favors.... she will also lean towards her desire for women while there and use that to her advantage as well.... I saw a 60 minute segment on Susan Smith and they gave a tour of her daily routine behind prison walls .... and she was smiling and laughing and showing off what she does each day and how accommodating and comfortable she was adjusting and being a prisoner made me sick.... Prisons are not what they use to be.... the prisoners have way too many comforts and amenities .... the only thing they do not have is the freedom of the outside ..... but they have just about everything else inside.... so I say GIVE HER THE NEEDLE.... and let her be so scared for each and every day that approaches until the final day.... now that would definitely torture her and she would never have a good night sleep ..... just waiting for that final day knowing that she did not fool the jury as she did her parents and friends .....that would surely be a good punishment for her ..... but that is JMHO.... JUSTICE FOR CAYLEE!!!
