Hi Spanky Thanks for your lovely comments! Very clever of you to wonder what the hares looking at. Here in Britain there is a lot of folklore about how hares gaze at the moon, so the hare is supposed to be gazing at the moon. Hes going to be part of a large panel with him and an appliquéd moon, which I hope to be able to post on the blog soon

Hello Dee Thanks for your comment. Actually I hadnt heard of Mylar until recently, when someone else also spotted the similarity between the metallic foil and the Mylar. It looks very interesting and at the moment Im seeing if I can buy it here in the UK By the way, I love your quilts! Mia
