Sad that France's justice system can only administer such a weak punishment, 22 years for torture and murder? 9 years for conspiracy to commit murder? In the U.S. these people would never know freedom again. I guess the moral of this story is if you have someone you want dead, invite them for a holiday in France. I'm very liberal for an American, but France should consider their justice system a national embarrassment.
