A Mercinary rides up to the courtyard of the castle and looks up at his lord prince - "Ah, m'ilord the pesants are revolting!" almost aloof the prince looks back to one of his advisors. "The pesants are always revoltin'" laughing to the others. ~quote from Dragon Heart Yeah... I remember a mini golf place near where I lived in Grand Rapids. Its gone now, but i remember how new it looked, how green the grass was. How sweet the air was. And how fun it looked. A few years ago before it vanished to become a self storage, it looked horrible. It was run down, the paint faided and pealing, and the places you stood were worn. I could see my self playing there once more. Alot of things were like that, with a surreal fealing of that almost dream like. I look at alot of places i loved as a kid and now all i see are empty buildings and wisp of what was once there as a child. has so much changed? Kinda makes me feel sorry for the beings like the Q. So long lived, how would they stand it if they were one the only constants that didnt change? Some days i think about stuff like that. Im still a kid at heart, love to laugh ane to be around others. I guess that is why i still play D&D on the weekends when i can. I love to create the story as we play to make that world seam alive. That is a sort of legacy i have throughout the years. Itts something ive done since i was eight.

Someone at that age having them is definately unusual. My lil brother just got his off, and hes glad to be out of them. Im sure Wil could pull it off and get away with a comment like "Yeah, I am trying out the new Borg Dental system, Though the Subspace transmitters keep me up at night. I am not sure the feeling of tiny robots working on my teeth is too comforting." -advertisement provided by 'Singularity smile' will suck you in. Heh heh

I have other comments along that line, but they arent something that should be said here... Dont worry, they are all good thoughts. Heh heh, I sound so like a post troll, it can be kinda creepy. keep the smiles goin and you will do fine. Family, I didnt know you were married Wil. I guess it shows how well i keep up on things. Howmany do you have? (kids yeah)

hows the saying "we are our own worst critics" Granted, im not an actor, but i have found it important to be comfortable with my self. If i am not, then i have to change something. I struggle daily with self confidence issues, but the point is that im still trying to better my self. Now the friends i have say that i dont have the problem in my gamer group. it is quite a bit different in front of others rather than friends. They have yet to get me to sing in public, heh heh. last time they tried i was carried home. in short i agree with CrusherLuvr4Ever.

to be honest, i didnt notice. then again the picture online wasnt too large. I dont have the fortune of owning a HD system. My laptop is my multimedia platform. a PS2 doesnt work too well for movies i find.

whenever i see you smile, i dont really notice the teeth. But again i tend not to look for the flaws in someone im friends with. As someone else said in this blog "if there not falling out...' The fact you can still smile says alot in the world today. sides that, the bottom teeth in my mouth are not perfect either. But i dont hear any complaints. Now if I mispell something, that is another story...

I also watched the babylon 5 series, and often compared the betazoids to the members of the Psi-corps. the simularities and the differences. I watched a lil firefly as well, but had a hard time getting into that series... ok, i know, that had nothing to do with the topic, but it was a random thought that poped into my head. How much story wise are you involved in the whole PSI theme? I have always wondered what it was like to be able to peer into someones mind and get exact pictures and feelings. Rather than echos, and whispers that most people can feel or hear now. I guess this is why the topic has always inerested me. Though the whispers are never really comprihensible.

it was kinda like that. It was the cheese anime hero's role to say "Hey guys im the leader, back down" I watched voltron alot as a kid. since then there has been like 4 versions of the show, the last being a total CG.

if you dont like licoriche (no i cannot spell it) then you would hate Jagermeister. Primaty flavoring was Anise root.

unless you have a decent DM, its not worth it. Personally i prefer making things a bit easier, and with more story to it. usually at that level the players are ready to take on demi-gods. Mine tend to retire at name level. Then again, they typical 1st level player and the 9 level player is something like 128 times more powerful. But then again i still play 1st edition. Idone see the need to update because i just work around the out of date rules. granted, if i were just getting into D&D, that would be different. then again, howmany people you know have most the 1st edition books?

I REMEMBER THE TOMBS AND THAT SILLY PIT WITH THE VOID SPHERE IN IT. AHHHHHHH! (hah i fell inthe pit because the DM was a dinkus. Yeah i rolled a 8 on my perception role and couldnt see a deep dark pit, and i was the one holding the torch. I mean, in the dark, i have the light, and i am the one that cant see the pit. Every one in front of me saw it, without a torch... I never understood te need for some roles. Im glad i dont do that to a player. For the most part my gamer group dont have alot of fatalities like that. They are the moronr that will charge an army, and belive they can hack through them. Lets face it, i even bought a few swords when i had the cash, and made em swing them about (safely) to make the point that the fight they were trying to enguage in was imposible. I did the same with a backpack full of camping supplies, even took one of them for a hike. i sat in the back of the puckup that they were following, saying. "Give up yet? I was righ tthat your character could carry 300 pounds for 30 miles." LOL. they usually listen to me when i have a point to make (it helps that im the DM most the time) We have fun and are always looking for new players to break in. go figure, i usually have a tale to break them into, including my own campaign world... though i really need to write alot more info down. I tend to make up alot of content on the fly. done well enough to make the game fun, and keep them guessing. As long as i can do that, im happy. OH, and if ya wondered, i have a few of the old D&D books, and stuff for modules. and quite a few years under the dice.

I suppose i cant blame you on those feelings there. 60 days does seam a bit on the short end of the stick. You have to love automation these days. I get run through the wringer on my favorite MMO if i have a bug to report. heaven forbid you actually spot something important that you may need to tell them. do you think you would ever submit another design to them in the time to come? My self, i woul be a bit leary of a second sting.

im one of those people that can go to sleep only if im tired enough. Its rough on a work schedule. Sleeping at night usually included use of a radio (set between stations for that white noise) and a nice hot shower. Massages help more. But sometimes that fails and i need to get up and take a long walk. Walks help. simple meditation before bet sometimes helps. lost sleep is a product of your mind not properly winding down. Or in some cases, i drank five too many cups of jasmine tea at the chineese food joint. no cafine 6 hours before bed, that stuff wull keep you up for days. heh heh

I dont think ive seen a photo of you with a beard yet. I was curious the other day and decided to look you up on line and to see what you looked like now. I was watching toy soldiers at the time. gawd you were young in that one. Then it hit me in the face, your the same age as i am. well, really close anyhow. I look at my pictures from when i was 16 up till now, i havent really havent changed that much, asside from the hair and 20 pounds. I will admit i looked a bit odd as a blonde. the picture of my sister and i made it look like i had a girlfriedn in one of the pictures. Really, i am lucky, i dont look my age.

Coffee is a strange deal, there. its sort of an acquired taste. With somany blends out there, it can be hard to choose. I like most coffees and teas. I have a few varities in the cupboard. Alot of it gifts from friends and family. I like the stuff, but it takes a while to drink that much. I drank alot of it this winter though, cause it was untypically cold and long this year. im just glad the white stuff is gone, i was wondering if it would ever go away...

I dunno... even for lucas that would be a bit cheesy, especially since he isnt the living spectere of a jedi master. But the crossover in DS9 with the "trouble with tribbles" episode was interesting how it kinda fit.

Playing an older version of you, i would have been happy. Though i have a terrible memory, i would even forget single lines. Still i think you look better now than the show had shown you to be. Wait... I already said that earlier. [shrugs] ah well. When your memory is powered by a type 8 singularity reactor, it is bound to suck a lil' Personally, i perfer something a lil safer to use, those time diolation effects are a killer.

thats all right Wil, I think yer better looking now than what the future you on TNG looked.

im sure as the character you wanted to smack him around a lil. =) Still i loved yoru character and in a way i felt sorry for him getting kicked around a bit. I liked the episode where the ship and crew were infected by that touch bug, where you had to act intoxicated. Yes, i like most any of the show's episodes. Strangely enough i couldnt get into the origional show. for me the story and effects have to be there. TNG was a good step in that direction.

Usually most would associate the Die 20 with D&D or with other D20 games out there. Really the logo could have been the same, but with the more clear geometric shapes. I was doing one for My WOW guild, and another for my gammer ID cards. but because i lack the artistic skills, neither went very far. I think i have a few of them still psoted on my "myspace page. If yer cutious i think its www/myspace.com/Mudogamba I think i still have them posted. Take a peek if you like. I need to get ahold of some better art programs, all i usually work with is paintbrush. (because its free and i have it now) lol I liked the shirt. Had i had the money id buy one. hell, id get my guild shirts made too =) I have roleplayed for years, and have plenty of game related stories to tell. hit me for a chat on myspace sometime and we can chat about it sometime. I always respond to my mail. (but sometimes it may take a few days)
