I've been going to the gym for the last couple of years but don't feel like I've really given it my all for the last 6 months. I've had a couple of injuries and I think they've made me pull back from my training and use them as an excuse to not "over do it" So I'm going to recommit to my workouts and get that 10K run knocked off once and for all.
