We are lucky here in Lebanon schools they teach us the world history.Not Just about Lebanon in fact Lebanon was ruled by many Florine countries.We didn't Gain independent they gave it to us that is why some politicians are still tide to those who gave them what they call independent. The only Battle attaching the french army to free the politicians that time was done by my Uncle and his men .One went up to the tank and blow himself inside it to stop the other tanks on the bridge to move. We are lucky as a family our revolution history is very good Lucky also that my uncle was the First man who started a political party which Saadi put it's Principles. We were lucky as kids cause every night after finishing our home work My Father use to gather is around the wooden stove tell us a story.His story was not about the witch or the wolf it was a History story about Lebanon and other countries.He was Great in history and the way he tels it as a story so we will stuck it in our minds. Use to tell us about the Phoenicians .The Greek and the Persians who were in the old time the strongest power. The Greek has a very good history they are the mother and father of democracy started in Athens. The Philosophers are the kings of Knowledge. The old fighting leaders were great . I still remember when my father told us how the Persians Fleet was concord by the Greek when the Persians fleet attacked Greece. A very good trick the Greek did there is just a path which they can block with a ship So they left one ship out of the battle when the Persians fleet wanted to redraw and leave the Greek blocked the path with that ship and they concord the whole Persians fleet. Wish I can remember the name of the battle or the leaders or at least which year that was very long ago.But as you know the second sixty years is not as good as the second sixty plus all my sickness. As far as I know the Donkey at the first photo is an original Cyprus Donkey Most of the color is white.That is the sing of Cyprus donkey white full fur white. Second the way this Donkey stand with his head and ears down way.He smells the rain . It is going to rain within hours if not minutes. The second photo.The high of this Donkey if t was a female it is very good to meet a HORSE SO THE CROSS BREADING WILL BE a MULE .THIS IS GOOD MONEY FOR THE OWNER OF ANY HIGH LARGE FEMALE DONKEY. Habebti Hello I do believe in U F Os.One think worries me it is a long time since any one on earth sow one. I have seen UFOs twice.Once when it landed in the desert near to Sharja air port Sharja emirates which is a part of United Arab emirates. Just of a sudden all lights went of even the car I was driving was out of any electricity. so I parked aside watching what is going one the UFO was may be 500meters away from me.I was going on the side of the fence ,near to the runway. It didn't put off their power stood there for may be 20minuets and SWIFT off faster than some one can recognize it. Before this by tow days it landed in Kuwait. for about an hour or so. Some scientists believe they come searching for water sources. But what doubt me is when it flew on our sight coming to Beirut one morning why didn't the electricity power went off in the airplane that what we were worried about by the way I always fly zero class I sit on the jump seat behind the captain in the cockpit. Historically and religious meaning the first UFO was known the Cart of fire which came and took St Elie .>>>. St Elias to the heaven as it was written in the books. This is a cart but the U F O s we see or people talk about are round as a sphere.which flies side way .The good thing about me in Sharja I didn't feel afraid or any bad feeling I was waiting to see how they look like if they ever went out of the vessel .Wish you a rainy weekend we need it to be rainy this time.God Bless With All my LOve Walid.

Hello sweetheart.so I found out we have the same taste for this kind of food.I will add the Lobster done my way .Regarding the snails I do it my way as well.First rain I will get as much as I can the big white one or Dark if cant find the white .First rain cause all the Summer snails wont eat so they are clean from the inside .To make them more clean I will feed them on bread for tow days so all the rubbish inside goes out. Put them in a basin add as much salt as I can so a;; the spit will be going out of them add water and wash them.till they are clean .It is a bit disgusting Job but some like doing it. Put in a pot some bay liies clises of lemon a cork spoon of sugar some coffee's seeds row a large onion Cinnamon stick all these I put in a cloth inside the pot. Add the snails put water to cover it and some more water added put on fire. Best is slow cooking. Will cook it till if you hold it facing down by the shell and shack it to drop it will.with out tooth pick or some have a silver pin specially for this.Make Tahiti Tara tour aside. My way I do take all out made a mixture of butter mayonnaise Permagarian syrups pepper to taste .Put half tea spoon of this mixture in the shell put the snail bake and put them in a tray inside the oven for five Minuit's till the mixture melts and it is filling the shell . In another basin I mash some garlic and corundum put on top another five minuets in the oven medium heat .Happy Food. I do this as well for the lobsters after boiling it cut it into tow halves long way take the flesh out cut it small put the same mixture in the shell put back the flesh put the garlic put in side a tray in a medium heat for ten minutes in the oven then later garmish with coriandom or parsley Finley chopped. I sill remember we use to have one Arabic Chanel and one french Chanel here in Lebanon as you wrote starts by seven close at midnight. Curiosity kills the Cat .I put in mind I must see more Channels.I went to the roof and started turning the Antenna north west south East.Not a thing cause we use to have two Antin's on the T Lines which use to be changed by a knife switch up Chanel 7 down Chanel 9. Back to the roof point the front up a bit down a bit turned it to the north west pointing up a bit and O M G here is a beautiful lady speaking don't know what.sit still waiting for some thing to give me a clue My father was glad lesting to don't know who playing the two pianos sitting in the middle between them.O M G it is Cyprus Chanel Derogates said they are speaking Greek. The next day reaching home from school.up to the roof joined the G L one inch and a half pipe good so far need two antennas more one for Cyprus and one to fithel with till I got pointing it north Turkey . There where no rotators that time four antennas on our roof every one was asking my father what are these for he use to answer them.These are channels from Mars and the the other planets. These days I watch Discovery National Geography Xenophon always playing symphonies Cosine cant understand french but I watch them cooking.urosport cars Cartoons are my favorite Specially Tom and Jerry.One thing hurts me we lost Hanna who do most of these cartoons He is Lebanese working in the stats Not a single news paper or t v Chanel here in Lebanon mentioned that or at least give a small summery about his life.
