I've worked in TV and film and I've never heard of 'frame lock'' - is that a US expression? I assumed she meant the final cut before rendering the effects etc.

@ amb I think that the reaction to what he said about Spock was more about the fact that even in Star Trek canon there has been the implication that sexuality in the future was more fluid than it is now, and that by saying that 'there is nothing gay' about Spock, he kind of refuted that.

Will do! In short it was very cool to hear so many people laughing in the right places and talking about the film when they left the cinema. Quite a few invited guests had worked on the trading floor at the London Stock Exchange. Blog should be up tomorrow. Very tired today!

Aw I hope he keeps her! I wonder if she gets on with Noah? I mean, he lets Harold put his head in his mouth so I imagine he's a pretty easy going dog! Oh and he responded to me wishing get well to my dog, and thanked us and wished us happy birthday on our 4th! Also he's one of the nicest people I have ever met, not just one of the nicest actors. He has pure class.

It is one of the Leicester Square ones but still tbc, Zach and Kevin Spacey are listed as attending! Friday Jan 6th and the film opens on the 13th
