Nevermind, I just found out how to add userlists along side the ALL columns AND how to display both Twitter & FB in the same column. Guess I should have played with it more before posting. ;) haha
To the "silverlight kills my cpu" posts, here's my experience so far. I'm running Win7, 64-bit, 6GB RAM, Dell Studio 17, i3 processor. I have both open. The AIR version will bump the cpu more than the Silverlight version, though not by much. AIR is taking 218,260K while Silverlight is taking 179,976K. So far Silverlight is doing better - on my system. I'm also running FF (with about 30 tabs), Chrome (with about 15 tabs), Skype, and Winamp.
Looks really nice! One thing I like about the current Desktop is I have a column with EVERYTHING in it - Twitter & Facebook - then I have a custom user list for people/companies I really want to follow, and another one for friends. Those two lists are so I don't miss a single post from those people/companies. If they aren't in those two columns I can still see them in the ALL column but I don't mind if I miss some posts. In this new desktop, I see how to display everything from Twitter & FB, and how to create userlists. Is there a way to have my userlist columns display along with the ALL columns? Also, is there a way to combine Twitter and FB into one column instead of two? Thanks, this really looks awesome!! And I completely understand this is a preview version, and all that goes with that. ;)
I agree with Mary Sue - the best pub in Portland is the one you're at. They all have great beer, many brew their own on site. If you want a great stout, head out to Beaverton and the Raccoon Lodge. Their Black Snout Stout is the best I've ever had in my life, it'll make you forget Guinness. ;) All of the McMenamins are also awesome places and to me what a Pub should be like. You should come back July 23-26 and enjoy our most awesome Oregon Brewers Festival! Glad you enjoyed our fair city, thanks for visiting and don't be a stranger. :)
