Oh baby oh baby--I've been drooling over these bags since I first saw them. And now they've come out with that gorgeous Clover...*sigh*. I neeeeeeeeed Clover so my camera can quit feeling like a stepchild, riding around in a neoprene lunchbag that I got at Target. http://www.flickr.com/photos/juju-b/4816408701/

Excellent! I'm another 8.5X11 scrapper and I love your grid-style designs, so I see multiple DD purchases in my future. Love the examples you've provided.

I got my first Fiskars tool about 20 years ago--a pair of orange-handled shears--because a friend told me, "You have to be careful with those because they're so sharp and they cut really fast." And I say, "That's for me!!!" Since then, I've added some decorative-edge scissors and a punch or two, but I still love my Fiskars scissors! BTW, is there any cutting/edging/trimming pun you did NOT use in this post? LOL!

Wow--two fun items in one post. I love Evalicious's stuff--ALL of it. I'd love to have some of her beautiful things to call my own. And that little Pailey is too cute for words!

Oh, how did you know? I've absolutely coveted this album since I first saw it in your book. It's like you're reading my mind--spooky! Thanks so much for the early treat!

My husband always acts as if he doesn't want his picture taken, but then he LOVES looking at photos of himself when I show him the prints. So if I won, I'd get him a canvas-wrap print of this photo of him last year at the motorcycle rally in Sturgis, SD. http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3473/3925319247_1dbba08eb7.jpg He'd love it, and I'd love to see his face when he opens it!

Generally, I'm not much of a scripture-quoting kind of gal, and I'm in an agnostic phase of my life right now anyway, but I can't forget the faith that I learned at my grandmother's knee, which is pretty much summed up by St. Paul: "The entire law is summed up in a single command: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.'" I don't always do as good a job of that as I should--nor does anyone I know--but the Charity: Water campaign gives us a chance to embrace the whole world as our neighbors--which they undoubtedly are. Brava to you, Cathy, for getting so many of us involved!

More tag stuff--yay! This morning I made this "textual tag" after watching the video of your "make and take" at CHA. I LOVE this, and have a few more in the works. I didn't have any fluid acrylic paint, so I just took a white ink pad and inked that puppy up. Also, not a big heart girl, so I went with a freehand star instead. Just a first effort, but I can see lots of ways to go with this idea. Thanks! http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3559/3814590471_88111b3ac2.jpg

OMG, what great colors and elements! After several years of digital scrapping, I'm just now coming back to paper (and canvas!) and what fun this kit will be!

OMG, were we separated at birth or what? Scrapbooking birth, that is LOL. My early pages were very much like yours (though less appealing than yours), and I've evolved as a scrapbooker too--though more towards digital scrapping. I'm also in a love-my-kraft phase right now, printing my digital layouts and sticking them on kraft backgrounds. As someone else said, everything seems to go great with kraft cardstock. (I use Bazzill--yummy!)

Love the pages of your book! I too use Shutterfly, mainly for its advice and flexibility of its photobook pages. What I absolutely love about the pages you've shared is the way you've faded the journaling into the edges of the photos in some cases. I know how to do that with two photos, but it never occurred to me to try it with journaling. Off to give it a whirl. TFS!
