Too bad, they are now on Amazon, not for $4.75, but $32.76 per ounce! They are from a "magic" shop. I was going to use them in a spice necklace. But not now, that's for sure. Guess I'll miss out on tasting them, too.

Congratulations! From the look of your site, you're already an expert at vector illustration, so this book should be great for you! ...Harriet

I left the contest page to try to view a design in other sizes, the way I used to be able to do, but it registered as a vote, and when I tried to go back to vote on others, I was denied access, since my cookie said I had already voted! I don't know what has changed. I like to visit the designer's profile page to see their entry in the swatch size for detail, but I can't seem to do that anymore.

You're right, Kim. I was even going to start by hemming some rags - old clothes I've cut up to use as dishrags, and such. Then a swatch book of my Spoonflower prints. Then a tote.... You see, I've already done so much of the work in my head, I'm worn out!

Wow, the Material Obsession place is exciting to look at. I have not been able to sit down at the sewing machine, yet. It has been a looong time since I've sewn anything. I did clean and oil my machine, and made something of a place to work. But I can't make myself start. ...Harriet

I love some of the suggestions already given, but, since I already looked it up, how about the change of seasons? According to Wikipedia: "For the Northern Hemisphere, as in the United States, Canada and most of Europe, Fall begins on September 22, 2009 at 5:18 pm EDT. Spring in Australia begins on September 1, as it does throughout the southern hemisphere."

Hi Paul, I did ask Stephen about getting their printer's profile when I first joined, but he couldn't provide one. They use a Raster Image Processor, which over-rides the printer's color profile, as I understand it. They do have a color set that you can download for both Photoshop, and Illustrator, and they offer a print of the set. Though it's not complete, it does give you something to compare with the on-screen version. Here is the page to find the files: blog.spoonflower.com/2008/11/new-adobe-color.html I just noticed that the links are here, at the top of the first comments page, as well. ...Harriet PS: Check your flickr mail.
