Boy, Mike you sure know how to stir 'em up! Some columns never even raise a single comment but mention NASCAR and people sure get their Jockeys in a wad, don't they?! They either hate it or love it. Me personally, I think it's over-rated, all of it and not a sport at all which means Dale, Jr. isn't really an athlete, but that doesn't mean I'm not tired of seeing his name in the paper all the time, especially when he hasn't done anything worth reporting. But I feel that way about Michelle Wie, too. I think there ought to be a moratorium on putting either one of their names in the paper until they actually win something in their respective activities!

I hope Mike Vick doesn't come to Miami because we don't need the circus that would entail. I recognize his football skills; I know he's a great player but I just can't forgive him for what he did to those dogs! He did his jail time and he deserves another chance to earn a living. God knows, the NFL is full of thugs who have done worse (wife and child abusers, drunk drivers who have taken lives, etc.) but let some other team roll out the welcome mat for Vick!
