One more for the American Gods bandwagon. The strange thing is that when my East Coast mind thinks of Los Angeles, I tend to think of it as less magical & more like the way Mr. Gaiman describes the Center of the United States: a completely fabricated place that has no intrinsic magic of its own*. The LA I've seen just looks and feels inorganic and forced. *A statement that has nothing to do with the fine people who live there. :-) Moving on... I really enjoy your writing, Wil. I look forward to whatever you have in the works and will wait very patiently for it. Thanks for being so damn entertaining whether you're using your own words or someone else's.

I was just going to post & ask if there was a way to mail dice to Wil. I have some ex-boyfriend dice & they're not only reminders of my years as a gamer widow... but I also want them to have a good home (once I find them again, that is).

The sad part is that I've been spending too much time with friends who follow the tabloids & my brain went there for a fraction of a second... until I recognized Felicia. Note: the delay was mostly caused by the fact that this picture of Wil would have been posted on 16-year-old me's wall.

Allow me to reference my list of Fark clichés. You, sir, along with Cory Doctorow and John Rogers, have won 1 (one) internet. You may pick it up on the way out. /has met more creepy weirdos offline than in the AOL chatrooms of the late '90s & IRC combined.

This is slightly random. It turns out that last week, This tv (which is owned by MGM/UA & shows all kind of movies) was showing Fish Don't Blink. Imagine my surprise when I was flipping through the high-numbered channel cable wasteland and saw you on my screen. :-D It totally brightened my day! *sets DVR for upcoming Levrage episode*
