I tried to make the cookies and had a problem. The popcorn would not breakdown. I used my mixer for quite some time! I ended up pressing the mixture into a greased pan. Cooking time was much longer, approximately 20 minutes. I cut the result into squares. YUM! I will make them again. Next time I will use a food processor.
