Week 8 NFL Picks Denver over Baltimore - normally I'd go with Baltimore, but until Denver loses, might as well pick them, even on the road Houston over Buffalo - not sure what the weather is but the Bills sucks. Texans looking to enhance their winning record. Chicago to crush the Brown, anything can happen - but...not likely....Bears to roll over the Browns Dallas to put the slap on the Seachickens - I like Hasselbeck, hopes he survives DWare and the Boys. Jets to bounce back against Miami - while I'll root for the Dolphins, I think the Jets running... Continue reading

Week 7 already and here are the picks - New England to destroy Tampa Bay in London, England Green Bay puts the green cheese crunch on Cleveland Houston outscores San Francisco Pittsburgh defeats the Vikings at Pittsburgh (it's the Pitts) Indy demolishes St. Louis San Diego beats the Chiefs Carolina runs over Buffalo Oakland upsets the Jets --- with the Blitz! Dallas Cowboys DEFEAT the Atlanta Falcons - by running the football Chicago takes Cincy - go Cedric Benson! New Orleans whips Miami - NY Giants stomp on the Cardinals and for the MNF game, Philly bounces back to kick... Continue reading

With my Cowboys squad taking their bye week - here we go for week 6 of the NFL season Cincy over Houston - Houston is bound to win one of these weeks but why pick against the Bengals who are hot? Green Bay over Detroit - by a lot Jacksonville over the Rams - anyone would be my pick over the Rams - Jaguars to bounce back this week Minnesota over Baltimore - Flacco is not fireproof - and the Baltimore D is not quite as good as they used to be, so far this season anyway - Vikings are... Yes, week 5 of the NFL season is upon us --- Baltimore over Cincy - should be a good game - and we all mourn for Cincy Def Coordinator Mike Zimmer and the loss of his wife. Cleveland over Buffalo - going to go with the Browns and the "upset" in this one, they are due to win one of these weeks, Coach Eric Mangini sent a strong message by shipping out troubled wide receiver Braylon Edwards to the Jets, so this could be there week to win. Carolina over Washington - primarily because Carolina just came off of their... Continue reading

Chicago over Detroit - will Matt Forte get untracked today? Cincy over Cleveland - easy pick but anything can happen in the NFL - go Cedric Benson Houston over Oakland - both these teams have been playing flat, but it's really hard to pick the Raiders Indy over Seattle - could be a good game but look for the Colts and Manning to roll the Seahawks Tennessee over Jacksonville - Titans are do at some point, right? NY Giants at Kansas City - going to stick with the Giants and their running game vs the Chiefls Baltimore at New England... Continue reading

Cleveland at Baltimore - Baltimore in a rout Washington at Detroit - A lot of people are picking the Lions --- not me - Redskins by 10 or more Jacksonville at Houston - Should be a good game, I'll take Houston at home Atlanta at New England - New England is favored but Atlanta is the better team right now - Falcons by 3 Green Bay at St. Louis - The Rams are terrible - look for the Packers to rack up the points NY Giants at Tampa Bay - Giants all the way in this run, look for the... Okay, I missed on Titans/Steelers --- primarily because I don't like the Steelers - but it was a good game - lot's of NFL news going on with this being the opening weekend --- here are my picks for week one Titans over Steelers (wrong) - great game Atlanta over Miami - Miami won't sneak up on anyone this year Baltimore over Kansas City - Baltimore Defense will crush KC Philadelphia over Carolina - Will Westbrook stay healthy? Cincinnati over Denver - Broncos are going to suck this year Minnesota over Cleveland - AP will roll Houston over the NY... Continue reading

Romo looked great, Barber looked good, Cowboys made a few mistakes - a false start on 4th and 1 killed a drive and let to a MISSED Nick Folk 49 yard FG attempt - I think that Folk is more on the bubble than people realize - Titans RB Ringer just busted into the endzone, off setting penalties - play 2nd down over. Cowboys Defense has looked good except for this drive. Kerry Collins just burned Jenkins/Hamlin on a TD pass to Justin Gage - so after a really good first half the Cowboys are losing. Sam Hurd dropped a... Continue reading

Have to give a shout out to - if you are looking for an easy to use web analytics program --- and let me answer your first question "how is this different than Google Analytics?" - it's different because: It's real time It grabs IP addresses and sometimes the domain name of the site visitor It run great but is low cost i.e. "cheap" It's SaaS - easy to set up once you install the code I should put my affiliate link on here --- and will do that later --- but give Clicky a shot if you want... back to work with Typepad, learning the platform, setting up some more blogs --- a death in the family put me behind schedule on many projects, including this one --- Typepad is so easy to use, it's a snap to start a new blog, make a few posts, edit and move on. Need to go deeper into the feature set here in the next couple of weeks. Here's to it.

Still looking for an update from these guys, on the platform and also on their website and blog, but nothing new for about two weeks - that's rough for a social crm firm, they must be really busy - this is my crm of choice at the moment and I think it's great and really enjoy using it.
What's this? Someone who is excited about the end of the world? Not exactly - all though it might feel like the end of the world if you are a suffering Dallas Cowboys fan --- the 2009 season is upon us --- can the Cowboys rebound from the HORRIBLE finish of 2008? This blog will cover the 2009 season and also have plenty of information and flashbacks of great Cowboys teams and players from the past. Will also enlist a couple of other longtime Cowboy fans (since 1977 or before). And we won't hold anything back, that's what being a... Continue reading

Ant Sports is a must for any Fantasy Football Fanatic --- you MUST do a few mock drafts if you hope to avoid costly mistakes and do a few trial runs of your draft. I've been using the service since 2001 and it has been a great experience - highly recommend these guys. Continue reading
