Fast-paced, multicultural, marketing and communications Brazilian an Portuguese professional, with 20+ years experience in major international organizations (Petrobras, Dell, Praxair) in different markets such as IT, oil, petrochemical, real state, and leisure. Broad-ranging experience and solid training built up through creating, planning and managing innovative integrated B2B and B2C Marketing Communications Programs (ATL and BTL), on traditional media and on the Internet. Responsible for structuring and developing communications and marketing departments in large companies, from the strategy and policy definition to people recruitment and coaching, including metrics definition and all the aspects needed to fully align the area to the companies´ business requirements. Academic Bio: Phd in Communications (in progress). MA (Communications, Universidad Complutense de Madrid), with an executive MBA course in Marketing (PUC-RJ), and a specialization course in Services Management. Graduate in Communications (major: Advertising). Extension courses in Harvard Business School and Kellogg Management School Guest speaker in several executive seminars in Brazil, started an academic career in 2005, at ESPM-Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, and at Fundação Getúlio Vargas MBA, in Rio de Janeiro where lived until 2007. From 2008 on, started lecturing at EOI-Escuela de Negocios, ESIC/ Icemd and other prestigious institutions in Spain, where I´have worked for consultancies such as Reputation Institute, Kreab, Gavin & Anderson, Llorent y Cuenca, and MillwardBrown Optimor (currently), a branding consultancy.
