Funny, I use currants in my couscous but not sweets. They look really good in your muffins though. I should try it next time.

I love the peanut butter/ chocolate combo in homemade treats. Store bought candy is just too sweet for me. Yours look delicious!

Your cake looks lovely with the toasted coconut topping! I'm glad someone dutifully stepped up and enjoyed it. Have your tried using only half the bananas and adding lots of chocolate chips or nuts or whatever the family does like?
