A picture story, if you will, of a girls trip to Summerland, BC. Last year, I put together a "boomer" card for my father-in-law as a means of keeping in touch with former colleagues and friends he happens upon in his retired life. This year, I got around to finishing them and printing them. Only a whole year {slight pat on the back and a sigh}. I was finally able to give them to him for his birthday and he loved them! I remember those days too, Mumma! They are lovely memories. There really is nothing like being so tired when you hit your bed for sleep, but also taking time to take in the beautiful things around you, like a clean room and fresh, clean sheets. And my baby kitty, Chrissy. Great memories!
