This article is very nicely-worded aspirational rhetoric falling well short of any kind of outline for a comprehensive plan to address a rapidly accelerating crisis. The word "drug" is mentioned one time - only in the context of voluntary "services" (what addict accepts that?), while "police" and "enforcement" are not mentioned at all. This article fails to meaningfully address the issues overwhelming Seattle right now - it is simply (only) more of the same. And we can all agree that "same" is not working.
