Dang if my city isn't looking its finest these past few days. Great photo Wil. If I see you on the streets I may steal your phone, because it works better than my digitals. (My film slr might give it a run for its money though.)

Seconded. I've been "playing" guitar for years and I am still quite awful at it. I find it stressful and would much rather rock out on Guitar Hero or Rock Band. On the other hand, I am fairly artistic... but you won't see me telling people to stop playing Scribblenauts because it isn't "real drawing."

Dana, no matter how you spin this story, you are still an asshole. I think I'll go create some 200 pixel-wide artwork just to show how full of shit you can be.

"I went to Emerald City Comicon in Seattle, and performed some stories for the nice people." Ahh... ECCC 2009. So many good memories. So many involve that wonderful Whil Wheaton fellow. ECCC 09 motivated/inspired me to finally get off my butt and make stuff, namely my comic. I hope you don't mind, but I fictionalized our encounters with you somewhat in the first major storyline. It starts here: http://vintagestarcomics.com/?p=111 and your first appearance is here: http://vintagestarcomics.com/?p=142 On a side note... so cool that you spent 2009 falling back in love with D&D while my wife and I spent it falling in love with it for the first time!

To this day (I'm 32), I refuse to play Yatzee because I hate adding up all the dice. That said, D&D has helped me improve my simple math skills somewhat. I just wish I had discovered it in elementary school instead of this past February.

So, our D&D group paused tonight to watch the show... and it was delightfully AWESOME!

Vancouver BC needs w00t. Or, if you don't like borders (and let's face it, who does these days?)... I hear Seattle is fond of w00t.
