Quiet a surprise, I have to say! The state, respectively the European bureaucracy, taking away 10% of your hard earned money must be a shock. Bit look a bit closer. A full collapse would have made them loose much more! And of course, the oversized banking-system in Cyprus is flushed with Russian "funny" money.
